Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original OSSA NEW YORK packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
